Besides the rotor machines type OCM-015 SIMPLEX and OCM-030 COMPATTA that are widely in use for the hot repair and the cold maintenance of furnaces and chimneys, OCMER produces complete plants and robot for the tundishes’ maintenance into the steel plants.

The plants type ORM/200 and ORM/202 are both equipped with vertical pumping group and endowed of the automatisms that allows to a single operator to use them.

Over the years OCMER has also realized special equipment to meet the specific requirements of its Customers, such as:

Rotating running channel operated at a distance;
Pre-hydrating and stowing systems;
Robotized system for the tundishes’ maintenance.
